Cancellation Policy
Elements Design Group – Free 10-Minute Phone Consultation Policy 1. OverviewElements Design Group offers a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation to prospective clients who are interested in landscape design services. This consultation is designed to provide initial insights and determine how our services can best meet the client's needs. 2. Eligibility The free consultation is available to residential, commercial, and contractor clients within our service areas of Southwestern Ontario, including Chatham-Kent, London, Sarnia, and Windsor. Each client is eligible for one free consultation. 3. Booking & Availability Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Appointment slots are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Consultation Scope The consultation is limited to 10 minutes and conducted via phone. We will discuss the client’s vision, project scope, and any specific questions they may have. No formal design work, drawings, or site visits will be provided during the call. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients should be prepared with any relevant details about their project, including site dimensions, existing features, and desired outcomes. Punctuality is important. If the client does not answer the call at the scheduled time, the appointment may be forfeited. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated missed appointments may result in a restriction on future free consultations. 7. Follow-Up & Next Steps Following the consultation, clients may choose to proceed with a full landscape design service, which will be quoted separately. Additional consultations or design work beyond the initial 10-minute session may be subject to fees. 8. Limitation of Liability The free consultation is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement or professional service contract. Elements Design Group is not responsible for any decisions made by the client based on the consultation. By booking a free consultation, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
